¿Qué es mediación?
Es
un proceso de intervención, no adjudicativo, en el cual un interventor/ra
neutral (mediador o mediadora) ayuda a las partes en conflicto a lograr un
acuerdo que les resulte mutuamente aceptable. En la mediación, las partes
tienen la potestad de decidir si se someten o no al proceso.
Es un proceso rápido, voluntario, confidencial,
económico y una alternativa al proceso judicial.
